Review: Fifty Shades of Grey Nipple Clamp

Like many people, before trying them for myself I didn’t understand people would use nipple clamps, wouldn’t they just really hurt? That said I really love Mr Nerd biting my nipples so had a bit of a fascination with them and as with any sex toy my mantra is don’t knock it til you try it.

The great thing about Nipple play, like other types of bondage, is the fact that when your body feels pain it releases endorphins which in turn react with your opiate receptors which end up giving you a natural high. Interested yet?

After a bit of looking about I settled on Fifty Shades of Grey Nipple Clamps. This design wasn’t too intimidating and they looked cute.

Packaging

The Fifty Shades of Grey packaging is really straight forward.  Small dark grey box with the Fifty Shades logo & a small picture of the clamps. The clamps themselves come in a small satin drawstring bag which is great because due to their small size they are easy to lose. I certainly don’t want to be blocking the Hoover with these!

Appearance

The clamps have 3 metal balls at the bottom to act as weights to pull on your nipples for added sensation. The tip of each clamp has a plastic cover for some added comfort which seems a crazy thing to mention about something you’re going to grasp your nipple with but every little helps.

The clamps each weigh 8g so not too heavy for beginners.

Use

The clamps are a little fiddley to use the first time but it does get easier with some practice. I find that my nipples need to be played with a little first in order to make it easy to clamp them on – using nipple suckers would be a good alternative to get them pumped up a bit first.

WP_20170501_18_21_18_RichYou just put a pin either side of your erect nipple and slide up the adjustable ring to tighten it as much as you feel comfortable with. This sounds straightforward however with Mr Nerd knelt between my thighs watching me, I turn into sausage fingers and it takes a few attempts.

The feeling…wow!! I like them as tight as they will go. At first the pain is quite intense, it takes a few minutes to adjust to it. However that has become part of what I love. Knowing what feelings are to come makes my hands shake with anticipation when trying to put them on. Whilst wearing the clamps it feels like your nipples are on fire. When you’re face down on the bed with your nipples rubbing on the sheets the feeling is immense! The little weighted balls on the clamps are a cheeky added extra. Whilst only 8 grams it means there is a constant pull on your nipples and they move with the motion of your body meaning they constantly feel like they’re being tugged. However the best feeling by far is when the clamps come off…

Remember that feeling as a kid when you wrapped an elastic band around your finger and how sensitive your finger felt when you took it off like someone turned the volume on your nerves up to the max? Well imagine that super sensitive feeling on your nipples. When you take the clamps off the blood rushes back to the tips of your nipples and the slightest touch feels like a million pinpricks.

Conclusion

These clamps are really good as a first set. They are reasonably easy to use, put a good amount of pressure on your nipples and are good to add an extra bit of spice to your sex life.

  1. Great review – may progress onto these next – still early days with the nipple play but am starting to want a little more ‘bitr’!
